Your user account settings, which apply to all boards, can be found at the top right of the screen by clicking on your name and selecting "My profile". So that you know, the settings apply to your user account; they will be the same in all organizations to which your user account is connected.
Here, you can change basic information such as:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Language
- Password

Change email settings
You can remove automatic reminders for specific events in Boardeaser by unchecking the box next to “Reminders and notifications". However, you will still receive emails from Boardeaser when you are called to a meeting or asked to adjust a protocol by another user in the organization.
There is a separate setting for the weekly newsletter. You can specify here which day you want the newsletter or if you don't want it. You must make both settings to avoid receiving automatic emails.
Calendar link
You can copy and paste the calendar link into your calendar program. Then, your digital calendar will automatically update with board meetings and to-do tasks.

Board quiz
You can uncheck this box to avoid the board quiz appearing on your overview.
Release notes
The system is developing at a rapid pace. If you want information about release notes, you can mark which release notes are relevant for you to take part in based on the following areas:

Security
In this tab, you can edit your two-factor authentication security settings. Currently, Boardeaser supports BankID and YubiKey security keys. In the boards that have activated the requirement for logging in with two-factor authentication, you must enter and activate one of these two options. If you see a key symbol in the "My board list", the requirement for login with two-factor authentication is activated.
You can still log in with your username and password even after you've any of them. This will take you to your overview and boardrooms that don't need two-factor authentication. Log out and log in again with BankID/Yubikey, and you will also access the boardrooms that have the requirement enabled.
BankID
If you enter your social security number, you can log in with BankID. When you enter your social security number for the first time, you will be asked to verify this with your BankID. Only one user can be linked to a social security number.

Security key
You can log in only with a YubiKey security key if you want increased security. To do so, click “Add security key” and follow the instructions. An organization can require all users to log in with two-factor authentication. This is specified at Settings > Advanced settings in the boardroom.
GDPR
On the GDPR tab, you can see what user information is displayed about you in your respective organization. Here, you can request that your user account be removed and all information about you be deleted. If you delete your user account, you can no longer log in to Boardeaser and access any board.
